Teams telephony rollout across 120+ Jabra headsets and company iPhones. Helpdesk N1/N2 support via ServiceNow, CMDB inventory, Windows 11 migrations, Meraki AP deployment across production floors, Arcserve backup management — in a watchmaking environment where downtime is simply not an option.

IT Apprenticeship

Two-year apprenticeship supporting students and staff across two schools. Daily helpdesk: printer issues, frozen PCs, broken peripherals — I was there before the ticket was even closed. Hardware maintenance, user account management, IT asset tracking. TPI final project: full Microsoft Intune rollout standardising device management across Le Locle and La Chaux-de-Fonds.
