IT Apprenticeship

Two-year apprenticeship supporting students and staff across two schools. Daily helpdesk: printer issues, frozen PCs, broken peripherals — I was there before the ticket was even closed. Hardware maintenance, user account management, IT asset tracking. TPI final project: full Microsoft Intune rollout standardising device management across Le Locle and La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Co-founder & Developer

Swiss web agency built with two friends from scratch. We design and ship bespoke digital experiences for local businesses — custom websites, UI/UX and local SEO. Every client gets something that actually reflects who they are, not a template.

Pizzaiolo & Service

Student job as a pizzaiolo and waiter. Preparing and cooking pizzas, managing orders during rush hours, direct contact with customers every shift. Taught me to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and always keep quality — regardless of how busy it gets.
